When I was a kid, I hated writing. I struggled getting started. I would always sit in front of the page for hours just trying to figure out the first sentence. It had to be the perfect hook for the one-page essay I was working on.
In later years, I’ve noticed that writing out my thoughts has been a helpful way of understanding what it is exactly that I’m thinking or feeling. This blog is an excuse to exercise that creative muscle. I’m going to be writing out anything and everything I feel like to be completely honest. Most of it will be incoherent, but love the idea being raw, and unfiltered. I believe that we need to talk more openly with each other. I believe we need to find ways to be less judgmental with each other.
